1. Acceptance of These Terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the HomeRange website, services, and related features (collectively, the “Platform”), operated by HomeRange (“HomeRange,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).

By accessing or using the Platform, creating an account, or submitting content, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

2. Eligibility & Age Requirements

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Platform, and at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to make purchases, hold a subscription, advertise, or enter into transactions.

Certain hunting-related activities, purchases, licenses, contests, or features may carry additional age or eligibility requirements under applicable law. You are responsible for ensuring you meet them.

3. Your Account

You are responsible for the information you provide and for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify HomeRange promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.

4. The Platform & Community

HomeRange connects hunters and outdoor enthusiasts with brands, outfitters, guides, hunting opportunities, gear, regulations, and other resources.

HomeRange is a platform and, except where expressly stated, does not itself provide hunting services, guiding, or outfitting. Interactions and transactions with independent brands, outfitters, guides, and other users are between you and those parties.

5. User Content & License

You retain ownership of the content you submit, including listings, photos, reviews, comments, and posts (“User Content”).

By submitting User Content, you grant HomeRange a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, display, reproduce, and distribute that content for the purpose of operating, promoting, and improving the Platform.

You represent that you have the rights to the User Content you submit and that it does not violate any law or third-party right.

6. Prohibited Conduct

When using the Platform, you agree not to:

• Violate any applicable law, regulation, or hunting rule
• Post false, misleading, fraudulent, or deceptive content or listings
• Advertise or sell prohibited, illegal, or unsafe items or services
• Infringe the intellectual property or privacy rights of others
• Harass, threaten, or harm other users
• Upload malware or attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to the Platform
• Scrape, harvest, or misuse data from the Platform
• Impersonate any person or misrepresent your affiliation

7. Marketplace, Listings & Purchases

Businesses may list products, gear, hunts, and services on the Platform. Listings must be accurate, lawful, and comply with our policies, including any requirement that listings represent real, available offerings.

Purchases are transactions between the buyer and the selling business. HomeRange may facilitate the transaction and charge a platform fee, but is not the seller of merchant products unless expressly stated.

Shipping, fulfillment, returns, refunds, and the quality of goods and services are primarily the responsibility of the selling business, subject to applicable law and our policies.

8. Subscriptions, Advertising & Billing

Business subscriptions and advertising products may be offered on a recurring (monthly or annual) or one-time basis. By purchasing, you authorize HomeRange and its payment processor to charge the applicable fees.

Recurring plans renew automatically until cancelled. You may cancel future renewals as described in your account or advertiser dashboard; cancellation stops future charges but does not, except where required by law, refund amounts already paid.

Prices, fees, and plan features may change; we will provide notice where required. Advertising is subject to review and approval and must be clearly identifiable where appropriate.

9. Hunting Laws & Regulatory Compliance

Hunting is regulated by federal, state, tribal, and local authorities. Regulations, seasons, tags, licenses, and legal requirements change frequently and vary by location.

Information on HomeRange—including regulations, season dates, draw odds, and links to agencies—is provided for general reference only and may be incomplete or out of date. It is not legal advice.

You are solely responsible for confirming and complying with all applicable laws and regulations, and for obtaining required licenses and permits, before hunting or engaging in any regulated activity.

10. Third-Party Links, Brands & Outfitters

The Platform may contain links, listings, or advertisements for third-party brands, outfitters, guides, retailers, agencies, and websites.

HomeRange does not control and is not responsible for the content, products, services, or practices of independently operated third parties. Your dealings with them are solely between you and them.

11. Intellectual Property

The Platform, including its design, text, graphics, logos, and software (excluding User Content), is owned by HomeRange or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from the Platform without our prior written permission, except as permitted by these Terms.

12. Disclaimers of Warranties

The Platform is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

HomeRange does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that any information (including regulatory information) is accurate, complete, or current.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HomeRange and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of the Platform.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HomeRange’s total liability for any claim relating to the Platform will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid to HomeRange in the twelve months preceding the claim or one hundred U.S. dollars ($100).

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless HomeRange and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your use of the Platform, your User Content, or your violation of these Terms or any law or third-party right.

15. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or to protect the Platform, our users, or others.

You may stop using the Platform at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

16. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which HomeRange is established, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Platform will be resolved as required by applicable law. Where permitted, you and HomeRange agree to first attempt to resolve disputes informally by contacting us.

17. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms as the Platform develops or as legal requirements change. When material changes are made, we may update the “Last Updated” date and provide additional notice where required.

Your continued use of the Platform after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms to the extent permitted by law.
